Arts & Activities
Each classroom has art materials on hand for students to create; in addition, students spend time each week with an Art Teacher to learn about new mediums and avenues for creative expression.
Each month children prepare food with their teachers and learn about nutrition, where food comes from, and the art of collaboration.
Creative Movement and Physical Education
Every classroom participates in daily physical activities ranging from playground time to scheduled in-class movement, kidokinetics, dance, and yoga sessions.
Everyone classroom participates in gardening in our organic garden created by our fantastic gardening teacher. The students plant and nurture the garden located on the school grounds. They are able to learn about nature and taste tje different vegetables and herbs grown.
Students are exposed to Hebrew and Judaic Instruction three times a week.
Students have weekly music lessons, where they learn songs, explore musical instruments and create music together.
Mitzvah Project Community Service
Our community participates in monthly Mitzvah projects. The word Mitzvah means a good deed. Local and international organizations assisted include food banks, women's and children's shelters and school children worldwide. Programs vary based on local and global needs and circumstances. All family members are encouraged to participate.
